Super super excited and proud to be a part of this transaction.  It took us a long time but WELL WORTH it, and I couldn’t have written a better story the my client has written on her Facebook post:

Super excited for them to be able to get this beautiful charming home SOLD quickly and for highest price in the neighborhood!!! It sure helps when you maintain the home in great condition,  prepare it for showings as we recommend, and that sparkling pool in the back yard HELPS a ton!!!  Glad to have wrapped this up with plenty of time left so they can now head into retirement with a nice chuck of change, eliminate all the stress from this process, and just focus on their move back to the mother land 🙂

This is one of my favorite stories, on a professional level.  I met Kevin and his lovely wife at one of my listings in Avondale.  They called from an ad on Realtor.com and I met them at the property to show it to them.  They liked it but it was not what they were looking for.  As we spend some time together there chatting, they informed me that they are not interested in working with a Realtor, even one as great as myself 🙂   I asked them to tell me more about it and it made sense, from what they have experienced, I could understand their decision.  But we kept chatting more and more about what they are looking for, and eventually convinced them to give me a shot.  I promised them they will be very happy with the experience, specially because I LOVE   what I do, it DOES NOT COST THEM ANYTHING (seller always pays the commission), PLUS I would give them a $500 REBATE towards their closing costs to sweeten the deal.  And DEAL it was!

It turned out to be a great experience for all of us, as they were super easy to work with.  They decided that Maricopa was going to be their new home and we started looking right away.  They knew exactly what they wanted so we found this beauty very quickly and I was very happy to negotiate a SUPER deal on their behalf (one of my favorite parts).   Seller agreed with our terms, 5% under LIST PRICE + 3% towards our closing costs!  Everything else from there was just smooth sailing, with couple of bumps we ironed out immediately.

So happy to be a part of this transaction!  Certainly one of the longest relationship “building time” prior to purchase and loved the great communication and connection we were able to built during this time.  We first met over a year ago, during Mike & Julie’s  first couple of visits to Arizona, as their retirement destination choice.  We spend couple of days together just driving around visiting different retirement communities around Sun City, Surprise, Sun City Grand, and Peoria.  They immediately loved what these areas have to offer but were not ready to commit just yet.  So we parted ways and kept in touch over several months, while they sold their house back home, enjoyed some great vacations, visited family in other parts of the country, but still searching and viewing properties online through my FREE home search tool (http://arizonahomesbyrobert.com/ ).

And finally, at the end of the summer, with the help of their friends, they decided Sun City West is the place to be.  With a very specific type of home in mind, including the unique feature of having a Golf Course lot, we started our search until the perfect home came on the market.  As with many transactions these days, we went back and forth, negotiating the best deal possible until all parties were in agreement to finalize the deal!

Very very happy for them to finally own this “slice of PARADISE” with a beautiful golf course view and fantastic remodel completed by my preferred and recommended team, AA Remodel.
