Another Monday and as always I like to start the week off right with some words of motivation…

Ask yourself: “What is one thing that I can start doing differently right now that would have a positive impact on getting me moving forward in the right direction so that I can create the life I know I truly want and deserve?”
Identify one change… No matter how big or small… Identify it and commit to making the change from this day forward!
For me, I started with waking up a bit earlier, now I wake up at 6:30 am, which is still a work in progress as my goal is 5:00 am, but long way to go. This was my first small step. My second starts this week, at least 1 hour at the gym every morning to start the day.
