Everyone has been expecting to see the market drop, for the prices to drop significantly.... but as most of our statisticians suggested... that did not happen.We did see a big drop in the number of real estate transactions in the last 6-8 weeks, over 30% in some price ranges, but there was only a 1% drop in pricing over this same period. This is great news for our market, as we are already seeing and big increase in the the number of showings (here in the beginning of June) and we believe it will continue to increase.
