Real Estate University- Episode 2 - with your Realtor - Robert Tolnai Bringing you more information and providing you the education you need to make better decisions for you and your family in ANYTHING real estate π‘!
In Today’s episode - what is the difference between THE SIGNING and the actual CLOSING! (Very common question & many clients get it mixed up πThe signing is not the actual closing, when you sign... the transaction is NOT complete yet. So the signing itself, it’s just that :) .... the title company will call you in to sign the documents that transfer the ownership from seller to buyer. This typically will take place 1-4 days prior to the closing date. So then, the closing takes place on the day that all these documents have been approved and verified by lender and title company, then they distribute the money to all parties and pay off all debits, then the document get recorded at the county Assessor’s office transferring ownership to the new owner, and that finalized the deal. At this time, we are able to give the keys to the new owner and transaction is complete. Yiiiiiiiei! DONE!
I truly hope this is helpful for you and your family, PLEASE don’t hesitate to reach out for any questions you may have and PLEASE share this video with someone who might benefit from this information as well π
Thank you kindly and I truly appreciate you ππ»
